These terms apply when you hire Quick Haul Co. for junk removal, or when you contact us by phone or text. Quick Haul Co. is operated by Joseph Lemus in Columbus, Ohio.
What we do
We haul away household junk, furniture, appliances, garage and estate cleanouts, and yard waste in Columbus and the surrounding area. We load it, take it away, and dispose of it.
What we cannot take
We do not accept dirt, concrete, brick, roofing shingles, or hazardous materials of any kind. If a job turns out to include these items, we will remove what we can and leave the rest.
Pricing
Pricing is based on how much space your items take up in the truck bed.

Appliances carry a $20 surcharge each to cover disposal fees, and must be tagged as Freon-free. Prices include labor and disposal.
Quotes
We quote from photos before we drive out. Send photos of the items by text and we will reply with a price. A quote is an estimate based on what the photos show. If the actual load is larger or includes items we were not shown, the price may change, and we will tell you before we start work.
Booking and cancellation
Jobs are scheduled by phone or text. If you need to cancel or reschedule, let us know as early as you can. We may cancel or reschedule for weather, vehicle trouble, or safety reasons, and will contact you if that happens.
Access and your property
You are responsible for making sure we can safely reach the items, and for confirming you have the right to dispose of them. Check that nothing you want to keep is in the pile before we load. Once items are removed, they cannot be returned.
We take care on your property, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for wear from normal access to the pickup location.
Payment
Payment is due when the job is finished, unless we agree otherwise in advance.
Text messages
By calling or texting Quick Haul Co., you agree to receive text messages at that number about your inquiry, including quotes, appointment confirmations, and arrival updates.
Message frequency varies by conversation and is typically 2 to 5 messages per job inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for assistance.
How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Limits
Our responsibility for any claim connected to a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always posted on this page with its date.
